Dankzij de modulaire opbouw kunt u de lineaire assen met behulp van bestaande opties eenvoudig zelf individualiseren in onze configurator en combineren tot meerassige systemen. Onze precisieassen en precisiesystemen worden gekenmerkt door maximale nauwkeurigheid. Herhalingsnauwkeurigheden van ±0,5 µm worden bereikt met wegmeting met hoge resolutie. Deze hoge Precisie maakt onze systemen geschikt voor toepassingen in de Semicon industire en in de medische en Meettechniek. Rotary and swivel tables are ready-to-install rotary axes that can be integrated directly into any machine concept without additional design work. The maintenance-free direct drives used guarantee high torques, maximum precision and a long service life. Linear guideways enable linear movement with the help of rolling elements. The balls or rollers running between the block and profile rail enable endless guidance with unlimited stroke and maximum precision. Compared to a conventional sliding guide, the friction coefficient is only one fiftieth due to the relatively small contact surface of the rolling elements. The high efficiency and zero backlash make the linear guides suitable for a wide range of applications - from machine tools and the printing and packaging industry to laser machining and medical technology. The vector-controlled, fully digital servo drives are specially matched to the HIWIN motors. Servo drives ED1 with safety function STO are used for the servo motors of the EM1 series, as well as for linear and torque motors. Different versions and performance classes are available depending on the area of application. Ready-assembled motor and encoder cables as well as the freely available HIWIN commissioning software are available for easy installation and commissioning.

Alongside complete linear motor axes and linear motor axis systems, HIWIN also offers individual linear motor components for customised axis design. The linear motors consist of the primary part (forcer) with motor windings, and magnet tracks (stators) with permanent magnets. By combining several stators, travel distances of any length can be created. Similarly, several forcers can be operated on one linear motor axis. These can either be independently controlled on the axis, or be connected in parallel to increase feed power.

Displacement measuring systems from the HIWIN MAGIC series are optimised for displacement measurement in linear movements, especially in our linear motor axes and on our linear guideways from the CG series. They are insensitive to oil, dirt, vibration and shock and are therefore particularly suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The robust housing is electrically shielded and the signals are output in real time. In addition to the separate components such as the encoder and the magnetic scale, we also offer a linear guideway with an integrated distance measuring system in the form of our PG linear guideway.
